We thoroughly inspect and pack each item before dispatching them with care.

We aim to keep our customers happy, and therefore we offer you the opportunity to return products within 7 days if you are not entirely satisfied. All products should be returned to WandGlow.

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. 

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable items:

- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product that WandGlow.com has already stated non-returnable.
- In the event of dispute, WandGlow's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Can I return an online order?

You can return your online order within 30 days from the purchased date and it must be returned in an unused and unopened state.

We cannot accept a product if it has been personalised in anyway. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resale-able or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to refund postage, personalised or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.

How do I return an online order?

You can return an item purchased online free of charge by returning via post to our office address. We’re not able to cover the cost of the return. Please make sure you include your order number and contact details within the parcel.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

We expect all items to arrive in perfect condition, however if on the rare occasion you do receive an item that seems to be faulty, you can return the item to us and we will send another new item to you.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

We have a number of precise checks in place to ensure the accuracy of the orders we send out, however if a mistake has happened and the item you’ve received is incorrect, then please contact our customer services who will assist you.

How long will my refund take?

When your order is refunded, we will email you on the address your order was placed to let you know. It will then be down to your individual bank’s processing time for the funds to process back into your account. Once arrived at our office your return will be processed within 5-7 working days.
