Shipping Policy
Shipping Location:
Local orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment is verified.
You will receive an email within 1 day after you have placed an order, which contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order. You will also receive a separate email including a track & trace code which you can use on the website of the parcel carriers (mentioned below) to see when your order will arrive.
- Hong Kong and Macau orders will be delivered by SF EXPRESS.
- Worldwide orders will be delivered by couriers - DHL, FEDEX, USP.
Delivery Time:
Orders outside of Hong Kong currently will have different delivery times (14 to 21 working days). You will be kept posted if there is any delay due the current pandemic situation and to different festivals, holidays or unexpected weather conditions.
If there has been any damage to your package or if there are any other problems concerning your package, please contact us as soon as possible via email to info@wandglow.com or inbox message our Facebook/Instagram page @WandGlow.
If you receive a notification during checkout that your country is not currently available for shipping, please contact us at info@wandglow.com so we can assist you.
Note: The actual delivery date and time will depend on various factors such as delivery address, driver logistic and weather effects (Typhoon signal 8 and black rainstorm warning signal hoisted, suspension of delivery service).
WandGlow will try our utmost to arrange the best and the earliest delivery time, and reserve the right of final decision.
Special Charge: For floors not directly accessible via lifts, $40 special fee will be applied.
